About a week and a half ago, I came across Prairie Charms on Twitter. I noticed they were running a project entitled "Project Blogger," and contacted them for more details. I was replied to promptly, and they guided me to a link on their website which explained fully what the project is about.
It's main aim is to help benefit all the parties involved, and are running a special discount for beauty and fashion bloggers in which you can receive a whopping 50% off their bracelet range. What's even better is that they donate some of the money to Great Ormond Street Hospital. They have asked that, in return, you right a review and this gains you entry to their competition - where the winners will receive a unique, one-of-a-kind semi-precious gemstone bracelet and the chance to collaborate their blog and help design their own beauty blogger bracelet set, which will be placed on their website and offer discount to the blog's followers. The bloggers who get involved with the project will also feature on the website as a supporter. You can read more on "Project Blogger" here.
I decided to hop on board and place my order. I must admit, I'm slightly high maintenance when it comes to jewellery. I always wear the same pieces 24/7 - my diamond ring my boyfriend bought me for my 18th, the diamond necklace he bought me for my 19th and my diamond earrings my parents bought me for my 19th. Since I don't really have any bracelets, I saw an opportunity and fell in love with what is featured on Prairie Charm's website.
Although I loved the range they had, I would have liked to be able to swap over the colour of the beads. And it turns out I could do just that! I had my eye on the bow charm and the feather charm, pictured above, and placed my order.
My bracelets arrived far quicker than I expected (I believe it was around 2 or 3 days) and although it was the feather bracelet I was most looking forward to receiving, I absolutely adore the bow charm bracelet. Although some may believe they are pricey bracelets, I could really see how good quality the beading was when I opened the package. The charms they provide are also incredibly beautiful, and they offer quite a wide variety.
Another thing I love about Prairie Charms is the fact that their bracelets are limited edition and updated frequently. From when I placed my order to now they have much larger range, with charms and beads that weren't featured on the website before. I'm currently loving the look of the "Life Is Better When You're Laughing" bracelet (how nice are the names?!) and if I wanted a similar style bracelet I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!
