MAC See Sheer Lipstick

It seems my MAC lipstick collection is slowly expanding. I know a lot of people go through a phase with their lipsticks and I haven't exactly done that as I only own around 6/7 but I can't fault any of them. See Sheer was a present to me for Christmas from my boyfriend, and I'm quite surprised he managed to pick such a lovely shade.

See Sheer is a lustre finish, so it creates a subtle wash of colour across the lips and is part of their permanent collection. It is described as a "grapefruit pink" but isn't over the top so is perfect for daytime wear. I've heard a few people say that lustre lippies are very drying, but this actually feels really creamy on the lips. I can see this being picked up loads over spring/summer.

Is See Sheer part of your lipstick collection?

  7. I've got this!! Don't find it drying either. Lustres are really glossy on me so not the longest wearing but I still really like this one!

  11. Such a pretty colour. I'd be over the moon if my boyfriend came home with that. Luckily I talk so much about makeup and my wish lists, he pretty much knows what I like! haha. This ones right up my ally, so I'll have to check it out the next time I'm in... along with the other 10 I'm lusting after right now. :/
