Makeup Revolution continue to wow as the year goes by and their Salvation palette, "Give Them Nightmares" is no exception. For only £6 you get an impressive 18 shadows that can create a multitude of deep, smoky looks - perfect for Halloween.
The majority of the shades perform exceptionally well, although for me there are three standouts; Who's There, Lethal and Ash. They have great colour payoff and are easy to work with. As with most palettes however there are a few less impressive shades. These are Lawless, White Noise and Boo. They take quite a lot of work to build up the intensity and compared to the other colours in the palette they fall a little flat.
As with all eyeshadows I'd recommend applying an eye primer beforehand to really get the most out of the Give Them Nightmares palette. I've been having a lot of fun playing around with all the combinations and would recommend it to anyone who wants to experiment with more daring colours.
